Yes you can get LW to swap to disk providing you've 040 and a program called
VMM (should be found on aminet ftp.luth.se pub/aminet/util/misc/VMM_V2.0a.lha).
A friend of mine has LW and only 6 meg's of mem. he used LW and VMM all the
sudden he could render a lot more and with no great slowdown.
I havn't tried as I havn't yet bought LW (working on it though) so I can't
bring you my own experiences. I would like to hear your experiences if any of
you check it out.
